Every change to your docs goes through a change request: proposed, reviewed, approved, then published. Publishing creates a new version and notifies the page’s followers.
A published version can no longer change. Each one is hashed with SHA-256, with the full history and a block-by-block diff between any two versions.
Every action is recorded in an audit log you can search and filter, with who did it and when. Roles decide who can read, edit, review and publish.
